As a mom I know how important these photos are.
Since Laurie Beth Ward Photography does not currently have a studio space, this means I come to your home to photograph your little bundle! It's also a wonderful way to capture you & your sweet family in the baby's nursery and in their first home!
Maternity and newborn photos can be bundled or you can just book a newborn session, another option is lifestyle photos. Newborn sessions are best in the first 14 days after birth, but able to adjust and still capture older too!
Laurie Beth Ward books a select number of newborns due each month.
It is never to early to get in the books as these spots fill fast!
Remember pregnancy & them little
It is definitely an emotional roller coaster becoming a mom. From all the changes pregnancy brings the crazy things it does to your body. But embrace it! You will someday miss the moments when they were all safe and snug within you! As someone who had difficult pregnancies I do cherish those maternity photos, and after being on the fence about maternity photos for the 2nd pregnancy I'm so glad I decided to do the photos. When I think of all those moms who are just longing to be pregnant I really feel blessed to be able to have had the struggles I had, and to have those memories of being pregnant.
So do your hair, makeup, and get dressed up - and you can even treat yourself and have your hair and makeup done by someone else! Take the time to remember this journey that changes you and your body. It's not easy growing a human!
Following babies birth, I know it's an adjustment to getting ready and feeling good given all your body went through with labor. I think my favorite portion of newborn photos is capturing families and momma's with their babies! You won't regret the snuggling, kisses and photos together even when the days are tough!

All props are provided
All props, outfits, wraps, headbands, hats and baskets shown in photos are mine and can be used to style your newborn photos. Beyond what I have I like to incorporate things you have for your baby be it something with their name on it or a family heirloom.
Do you have a fun theme for the nursery?
I can pull pieces from their room and incorporate them! I love to create fun set ups and utilize meaningful items that can create memories and keepsakes.

I'll explain the whole process upon deciding to book. I have a questionnaire to send with questions to get my vision to align with your vision, for your maternity & newborn session.
Maternity best scheduled 30-36 weeks
Newborns are scheduled the first
14 days after birth.
AFTER SESSION
I will get you a sneak peek of some of your images. I know birth announcements are something that newborn photos are used for. I always ask which set you would like as top priority and get some of those to you ASAP. You will receive an online gallery 2-4 weeks where images can be purchased and downloaded to save!
